In actuality "Who am I," has more to do with what we believe, how our mind works, and our attitude toward life, etc.,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], all of which are non-physical attributes of oneself. Since the advent of the "Scientific Attitude" toward what is considered, "reality" all of us have been Indoctrinated to focus on physical existence and the physical world, and to deny the existence, let alone the importance, of non-physical reality.
Unfortunately, most of our early experiences have been forgotten/repressed, and hard to recover. But,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], starting with our earliest memories, probably most will discover that wanting to spend any amount of time in solitude was discouraged, whereas, physical activity was encouraged.
If one chose to pursue this question with a list, it would probably start with descriptions of the physical self (man/woman), age (young/old), physical condition, where one lives, etc., etc. Such basics of our existence, really have little to do with the essence of who one is, however.
Later, when we are enrolled in any kind of classes--Sunday Bible School, Kindergarten, Preschool, and such--the serious Indoctrination as to what we are expected to believe and how we are to behave begins.
Few individuals give any thought to the question, "Who am I?" Even when some personal crises strikes, rarely does anyone ask this critical question of themselves.
Writing is also a good way to bring clarity to mental activity. Mostly individuals thoughts are muddled,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and quickly forgotten,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so writing them down is a way to hold onto them to review,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and bring more clarity, not only to what one is feeling,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but in thinking in general. Additionally, if bothered by a problem, or social situation, writing about them can clarify one's real feelings about the situation.
To proceed, to discover anything about oneself, it must be, at least tentatively, accepted that each of us has been Programmed and Indoctrinated throughout our lives to believe what we believe. This I call our, "Personal Belief Systems." From the beginning of our physical existence, until we begin to be, "educated," we are subject to being Programmed to believe everything those who are a part of our family and culture believes, even if contradictory.

Four steps to help you get past the roadblocks in your life.
In my typical way of focusing on the positive, ignoring the bad and pushing through rough patches, I must have overlooked the self-care and my own life balance that I so readily encourage others to pay attention to. As leaders and teachers we have two choices: we either do it or we talk about it. We are either authentic because we truly believe in it and it’s part of our reality, or we are pretenders who buy into the latest fad but can’t make it work for ourselves. Needless to say, the latter category just doesn’t sound good,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], does it?
Get rid of things that suck up your time and don’t work. What are you holding onto that doesn’t create a good outcome? Is there something in your personal life or business that causes more problems and distractions than it’s worth? What would it take for you to let that go?
Step 1. Get past the roadblock
A few weeks ago I got busted by one of my own coaching clients for being out of balance. I have a particular system that I use to help my clients create the life and business of their dreams. We pinpoint what they need in their personal lives and career and then we put these ideas into effect and little by little, they move forward. And all the while I emphasize how vital it is to maintain a healthy work-life balance because it can affect everything, our health, attitude, family, our social obligations and finances.

Life is not always about doing and pushing. It’s also about being still and listening. Unless we take time to listen,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], how can we receive the information that is That must be the hardest thing I have ever come across! We are hardly alone in our struggles. Everyone around us is in a similar boat and trying to find their place. Fighting is good when a fight is what’s needed, but sometimes we just have to be still so we can clear our head. Often this,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the simplest of all things to be still seems to be the hardest. “Do” your best every single day even if it’s only for 15 minutes.

Sometimes we can’t figure these things out alone, and perhaps it’s time to think outside of your comfort zone. Unless you change something you can’t expect different results from your existing issue. By day ten of my migraine, it was clear that I had to examine what was going on in my world that created this problem. I literally couldn’t think straight and things came to a halt. If you are facing a roadblock right now, can you figure out what the underlying issue is? Try removing yourself and looking at the situation from the outside. What is the message? Mirror- Mirror – This gremlin requires that you take a good look at yourself in the mirror to access what you may be doing to turn off suitors or an attitude that is not friendly and inviting that makes you seem aloof. 3. Father Time Clock -- This one gets scarier and scarier as time goes on. Do you feel time running out for you? Are you saying to yourself that you are too old to date? Hogwash! You need to be giving to yourself, though. You need to believe in yourself and believe that you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
